TAKE NOTICE THAT: Effective September 30th, 2023, Excel Pro Tools (hereinafter referred to as "Excel Pro Tools") provides a comprehensive warranty package for most Excel Pro Tools equipment, comprising:

1. Three-Year Limited Warranty: Excel Pro Tools hereby offers a Three-Year Limited Warranty for products explicitly designated as such. Under this warranty, Excel Pro Tools commits to remedying, at no cost to the original end-user purchaser, any defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase or the date of product delivery, whichever is later. This warranty specifically excludes coverage for part failures resulting from normal wear and tear or tool abuse.
• 1.1 Over-the-Counter Replacement (First 1.5 Years): For the initial 1.5 years from the date of purchase or delivery, Excel Pro Tools shall provide an over-the-counter replacement warranty on all tools, provided they have not been subject to abuse, normal wear and tear, and the fault is attributable to a genuine product defect.

1.2 Warranty Service (Second 1.5 Years): In the subsequent 1.5 years, any warranty claims necessitating tool repair or replacement shall require the tools to be sent to Excel Pro Tools for evaluation and service.

This warranty is applicable only to products purchased directly from Excel Pro Tools or an authorised Excel Pro Tools seller unless prohibited by law. Warranty claims for products obtained from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised internet sites, may be declined. This warranty shall not apply to accessories or any damage resulting from repairs made or attempted by unauthorised individuals. Proof of purchase indicating the date and place of product acquisition may be requested.

Discretion and Fairness: Excel Pro Tools reserves the right to exercise discretion in all warranty matters and undertakes to diligently pursue fair and equitable solutions to any issues that may arise. We firmly believe that a robust warranty package underscores the safety, reliability, and performance excellence inherent in our products, from project commencement to conclusion.
